At Labella Equestrian, we offer a range of equestrian services designed to support riders and horses of all ages, experience levels and goals.
From private riding lessons on our experienced lesson horses to BYO horse coaching, travel lessons and horse training, our programs are designed to build confidence, knowledge, connection and progression in a supportive environment.
We also offer our unique certificate program, combining riding, horsemanship and theory-based learning, along with fun and educational school holiday programs throughout the year.
Whether you are a beginner rider, experienced competitor or simply wanting to grow your confidence and understanding around horses, our goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning experience for both horse and rider
Our Horse
Ever wanted to learn to ride? Now is the perfect opportunity! These lessons are for our clients who require using our wonderful, and highly trained school horses. During each of your lessons, no matter the duration booked, clients will have the opportunity to groom, saddle and ride. Here at Labella we pride ourselves on creating a fun and educational atmosphere where our students can grow and thrive. Each of our lessons are individually catered for your needs, this includes any limitations you may have from injury or age. All gear is supplied, and our horses are specifically chosen to suit you!

Need someone to help you take the next step with your furry friend? Labella Equestrian is happy to help! These lessons are only for clients who are able to transport their own horses to our location. We love to encourage our clients to bring their horses! No matter what level you are at, whether your goal is to build confidence or trust in your horse, or whether it's to prepare for upcoming competition, we would love to be a part of your journey. Our high-end facilities allow riders to receive fantastic coaching and education. We have a 60m x 30m sand arena, enclosed round yard, and 45 acres to explore. We can't wait to meet you and your horse this session!

Certificate program
Our Certificate Program is designed to help riders build confidence, knowledge and independence both in and out of the saddle. Combining practical riding skills, horsemanship and theory-based learning, the program encourages students to develop a deeper understanding of horses while progressing at their own pace.
Throughout the program, riders work through a range of educational and hands-on activities including horse care, grooming, saddling, riding skills, horse behaviour, safety and general equestrian knowledge.
The program is designed to create confident, capable and well-rounded riders in a supportive and encouraging environment, while also giving students goals to work towards and celebrate along their equestrian journey

Once our students have completed all components of their booklet, they will receive recognition awards based on the criteria's difficulty. We source these awards from the following providers: Canva, Awards and Trophies, and Just Ribbons and Rosettes.
Travel Lessons
Labella Equestrian offers travel lessons tailored to suit the individual needs of each horse and rider combination.
Our services can focus on a range of areas including confidence building, groundwork, flatwork, riding position, behaviour support, horse education, responsiveness, exposure training and general progression for both horse and rider. Sessions are designed to create calm, confident and well-rounded horses while supporting riders in achieving their individual goals.
Travel services are available within approximately a 1 hour radius of Gympie. To receive an accurate quote for travel lessons, please include your property address within your enquiry so travel time and availability can be calculated before we get back to you.
Our School Holiday Programs
Ready for an unforgettable horse-filled adventure? Our school holiday programs are designed for riders who want more than just a lesson. Each program is packed full of fun, exciting and challenging horse games and activities designed to keep riders engaged, laughing and building confidence throughout the day.
During the program, each rider receives approximately 40 minutes of riding time, with all mounted activities focused on interactive games, challenges and themed riding experiences. No grooming or saddling — just straight into the fun!
Every term features a different themed program with new games, activities and challenges, meaning no two holiday programs are ever the same. From obstacle courses and rider challenges to team games and creative activities, there is always something new to experience.
All programs also include morning tea, prizes and our favourite activity — horse painting!
Whether your child is new to horses or already horse obsessed, our holiday programs are designed to create exciting, confidence-building and memorable experiences for riders of all confidence levels
